Duxbury records nine property transfers in September with price data still pending
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show nine Duxbury property transfers recorded between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, concentrated on Sept. 8 through Sept. 10. No sale prices had posted to the registry for any of the nine as of this report, a typical data lag rather than a sign of withheld information; prices are expected within about a week. Four of the nine transfers moved property within the same family or to the same individual as trustee, including deeds on Franklin Terrace, Wadsworth Road, Amos Sampson Lane and Mayflower Street. One couple, Adam and Jillian Beers, both sold a home on Duck Hill Road and bought one on Salt Meadow Lane the same day. With pricing unavailable, overall market tone cannot be assessed this month.
