Duxbury deeds show family and trust transfers outnumber priced sales in August
Plymouth County recorded 10 Duxbury property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $462 to $925 with a median of $805. The top disclosed sale was 588 Bay Rd. at $925, sold by a trust; no buyer was listed. Most other transfers appear to be trust or family transactions, including a same-day pair of transfers involving the Gleason name on both sides. The Town of Duxbury and its Affordable Housing Trust also acquired 6 Kingstown Way for $462. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support characterizing overall market direction this period.
