Duxbury deed filings show ten transfers, but only one price so far
Ten property transfers were recorded in Duxbury between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were pulled: $400 for a Snug Harbor condominium unit, a nominal figure rather than a market value. Six of the ten deeds show the same family name on both sides of the transaction, with the buyer listed as trustee, a pattern typical of family or estate transfers rather than open-market sales. Tremont Street and Washington Street each saw two recorded transfers. With price data still pending for nine of ten deeds, the data available this period offers little basis for assessing market pricing trends.
