Duxbury deeds show ten transfers, most with no price on record
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 10 Duxbury property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two listed a disclosed sale price: $525 at 321 Lake Shore Drive and $600 at 254 Kingstown Way, the period's top recorded sale. The median among disclosed prices was $562. Five of the 10 deeds moved property from an individual or couple into a trust under the same family name, including transfers on Soule Avenue, St. George Street, Tremont Street, Laurel Street and Powder Point Avenue. No two sales shared a street, and no beds, baths or square footage data were available. With 8 of 10 deeds lacking price disclosure, the dataset offers limited visibility into overall market pricing this period.
