Duxbury Finance Committee previews a $3 million FY28 revenue increase and flags a looming $43 million to $45 million PFAS water treatment project the town can't yet afford. Chair Betsy Sullivan led the session with Vice Chair Friend Weiler and members Mark Hokanson, Ashley Maher and Jackson Kent Jr.; members Al Hoban and Kathleen Glynn were absent. She said she remains "deeply concerned about our ability to pay for a $43, $44, $45 million project out of the revenues that we're generating from the Water Enterprise Fund."
