Ten Duxbury property transfers recorded in July, only one discloses a sale price
Ten Duxbury property transfers were recorded between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $920 for 216 Autumn Ave., sold by trustees Erin Johnson and Kirsten Dudley to Joseph and Jillian Buckley. The other nine transfers, including two same-day sales of 88 Teakettle Lane and two Moore family trust properties on West Street sold to the same buyer, listed no consideration amount. Four transfers appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust held by the same owner. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the month's overall market direction cannot be determined from this dataset.
