Duxbury deed filings show 10 sales, most prices not disclosed

Ten property transfers were recorded in Duxbury from June 26 to July 25, but only three deeds listed a sale price, ranging from $699 to $950 with a median of $920 -- figures too low to represent typical market values and likely incomplete in the underlying data. The most notable transaction by disclosed price was 9 Puritan Way at $950, sold by Katherine Rielly to Jonathan Schedlbauer and Samantha Pilicer. Several other transfers, including on Old Cordwood Path, Standish Road and Homestead Place, appear to be trust or family-related transfers rather than open-market sales. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support conclusions about market tone this period.
