Duxbury deed data shows just two of 11 recorded property transfers included a disclosed price this period

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 11 Duxbury property transfers recorded between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two disclosed a sale price: $906 for 26 Acorn St. and $950 for 32 Wadsworth Rd., yielding a median of $928 among disclosed sales. Six of the 11 transfers moved property between owners and their own family trusts, based on matching names on the grantor and grantee lines; one, at 156 Duck Hill Rd., went to an LLC buyer. No street had more than one recorded transfer. With price disclosure limited to two of 11 deeds, the data does not support a broader read on market tone this period.
