The top sale was 156 Duck Hill Road at $1.6 million, bought by NFB Design LLC from Jonathan and Alexandra Witten. Three of the five sales topped $1 million. Six other recorded transfers in the same period carried only nominal consideration and, based on the names involved, appear to move property into family trusts rather than represent market sales.
